How Do I Make?

For Cupcakes: Yield: 12 cupcakes Preheat the oven to 170℃ for 10 minutes. Add the cupcake mix (250g) into a bowl, add 130ml (½ cup) water and mix. Once combined, add 12.5 ml (2 ½ tsp) oil and mix until well combined. Pour the prepared cupcake mix equally into the 12 baking cups provided. (Ensure you half fill the cupcake liner and leave enough room to allow for the cupcake to rise ). Bake them at 170 degree celsius for 12-15 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before you frost them. For the frosting mix: Empty the contents of the frosting mix in a bowl. Add 50g (approx ¼ cup) softened butter, 7.5ml (1½ tsp) milk and mix until well combined. Blend this mix using a hand blender until light and fluffy. Fill it in the piping bag. Now, make a small cut at the tip of the piping bag, and frost the cupcakes. Top with the colourful sprinkles as much as you need!
